Nurse Aide Training
75 hours of nurse aide training through an ODH authorized training center are required to sit for your certification exam. Alia Healthcare offers CNA training classes in Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. Click on the city closest to you for the school’s location and a complete schedule. The Ohio Department of Health requires a minimum of 59 classroom hours and 16 clinical hours in an actual nursing home setting for a total of 75 training hours.
